So . . .

Sunday 4 October 2009
Matilda Jean Tealby
Naming Ceremony

I am a Godmother - here we are saying our promise to her (L-R: Mummy Janene, Bubby Mattie, me, Jim's sister is a Godmother and Janene's brother David is Godfather).

She changed from her ceremony frock to her party attire - we all need multiple outfits for special occasions! Mummy helped Bubby Mattie cut her cake (white chocolate mud!).

A beautiful day and a beautiful ceremony.

This little blossom is a card I made recently. It is a challenge at ScrapBoutique - Liz showed us how to make the flower and I threw on some pink felt ribbon.

My little Griffy likes cords. He likes the study. Which is full of cords. I caught him in the act . . .

Heading up to the beach this week for a little R & R while the Hubby has some leave. I am ready to suck in that fresh ocean air baby! Enjoy your week!

Travelling in Style

Did I tell you that I got one of these things?

My butt still wonders what on earth I am thinking. I am *positive* I have a bruised tail bone or bum bone or something. Whatever it is, it is sore. The gel seat cover assists a little, but I think I could do with another 3 or 4 of them.

The trailer is the 'chariot-of-le-kids'. Those lumps get to sit there and comment on their surroundings while muggins huffs and puffs up the mountainous terrain.

As I am a serious glutton for punishment (e-gad) my two wheels also supports a child seat. Just got that on the weekend, will need to get a piccie. Basically I can take all three kidlets out for a ride. Pretty clever I thought.

Yep.

Who thought straight away . . . what an idiot? Sure, everyone, thanks for that!

I can load them up, but then I have to pull them all! Oh My.

This arvo we went out . . . crikey, baby awake, will finish tomorrow!

Hey!

Miss Giggly Ida . . . I heard you sniggering down there . . .

How the bloody hell are you? I still have to check out your royal palace . . . soon . . .

DVDV

Tuesday we went over to Civic to get some $1 DVD's. I was *astonished* to find out it no longer exists! Obviously we don't hire them frequently and had no idea of the change.

$1.50 DVD's. Oh. My.

I decided to 'go wild' with chick flicks - my fave type of movie. See?

Caleb picked Dora the Explorer and Go Diego Go DVDV's. I picked romantic comedy, teenage light stuff and a cartoon. However, The Tale of Despereaux - it has some scary rats, so I stopped watching that. I don't do scary. I don't mind admitting I am a wuss. I don't do blood, scary, intense type stuff. I like fun fairy floss soft stuff. And Zac Effron. *Sigh*

Note: I am not mis-typing. You may have DVD's but we have DVDV's. That is what the kids call them. Mum, can you put on the Dora DVDV please?
